When roof replacement becomes the only option, RMS will design the roof replacement system to fit the client's budget and expectations.  The types of roof replacement include shingles, flat single ply, modified, tile, and metal.

Replacements are completed by our full time, trained and experienced employees.

Determining the performance requirements is an important step in designing and selecting the type of system. Some of the performance requirements to consider include:

1. Energy Savings - specify "r" values
2. Life Expectancy - 10. 15, or 20 years
3. Appearance - color and texture
4. Retrofit or Replacement
5. Ease of installation and timeliness

There may be other options to consider in the roof system and RMS can help you with them.  If a Roof Consultant's services are required, we will refer you to a reputable firm.
